Make sure that the child is sitting on a hard surface and hands and feet are visible.
Make sure the arms, hands, legs and feet are free from clothing.
Dark background gives more depth to the subject while taking a photo.
Make sure that the foreground is well lit up and the child is not sitting in shadows.
